Imperative to our work is the need to protect our communities from our interventions, in that any of our projects should not inadvertently harm those we are trying to assist.

At every juncture we strive to ensure that the conduct, work ethics and principles governing the people in our organization are driven by a sense of great responsibility, accountability and respect. Building trust in our work and organization is the bedrock of our legitimacy.

Transparency & Accountability

Key to all our projects and operations is transparency. Our organization and its projects are financially audited, with reporting both at central and local levels. We strive to ensure that no money is wasted on corruption or operational schemes, with a careful beneficiary selection process and the necessary oversight throughout project cycles. Our beneficiaries are accountable to the organization, and we are accountable to our donors.
